生效日期：2026 年 9 月 27 日（2026 年 10 月 17 日更新：使用者主動錄音與本機保存、Apple Watch 遙控；適用 1.4 以後的版本）

1. 我們不收集資料

本 App 沒有帳號系統、沒有接收歌曲或錄音的伺服器，也沒有使用任何廣告、分析、追蹤或當機回報工具。我們（小盜工作室）無法取得你保存在 App 裡的歌曲與錄音。內購確認由 Apple 處理，主動分享的檔案則交給你指定的 App 或服務。

2. 資料存在哪裡

你匯入的歌曲、曲目（段落表）、轉調與速度設定、循環段落、節拍器、調音器與對照表的設定，以及主動錄製的麥克風聲音、App 播放聲音與混音檔，都保存在你的裝置上。刪除 App 就會一併刪除 App 內的資料；已分享或另存到其他位置的檔案不受影響。

如果你開啟了 iCloud 或電腦備份，這些資料可能會包含在 Apple 的裝置備份中，由 Apple 依照你的設定處理。

Apple Watch：手錶 App 是手機 App 的遙控器。播放、暫停、錄音、速度與拍號等指令，以及節拍器目前的狀態，透過 Apple 的手錶連線功能在你的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 之間直接傳送，不經過我們的伺服器。手錶上只保存震動開關，以及錶面小工具要顯示的節拍器狀態。

3. App 會要求的權限

• 麥克風：調音器用來即時偵測音高；你主動開始錄音時，也用來收錄人聲或樂器，並可與 App 播放的聲音一起保存在本機。錄音功能會保留原始收音供調整混音音量，不會自動上傳。單獨使用調音器不會儲存錄音。
• 媒體與 Apple Music：只在你選擇「從『音樂』挑歌」時使用，讓你挑選自己擁有的歌曲匯入。
• 照片與影片：使用系統的挑選器，App 只拿得到你親自挑選的那一部影片，看不到你的相簿。

這些權限都可以隨時到裝置的「設定」裡關閉。

4. 音訊處理

轉調、變速、等化器與 AI 去人聲，全部在你的裝置上完成，不會把歌曲傳到任何伺服器。

錄音與混音也在裝置上完成。你可以重播已保存的錄音，或主動分享製作好的音檔；使用系統分享後，接收方依其隱私權政策處理檔案。

5. 第三方服務

從 Google Drive 匯入時，使用的是 iOS 系統的「檔案」挑選器，由 Google Drive App 提供檔案；本 App 不會直接連線到 Google，也拿不到你的 Google 帳號資訊。匯出的歌曲或曲目用「分享」傳給其他 App（例如 LINE、AirDrop）時，之後的處理適用該 App 自己的隱私權政策。

內購：Pro、Pro Lv2（幫我寫）、曲目擴充包與「請作者喝杯咖啡」都透過 Apple 的 App 內購買完成，付款與帳號資料由 Apple 處理，我們收不到你的姓名、付款方式或 Apple 帳號資訊。App 只在你的裝置上向 Apple 確認你買過哪些項目，用來解鎖功能。

6. 兒童隱私

本 App 不收集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。

如果之後的版本改變了資料處理方式，我們會先更新這一頁，並在 App 更新說明裡告知。

HelloMusic Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026 (updated October 17, 2026: user-initiated recording and local storage, Apple Watch remote; applies to version 1.4 and later)

1. We don't collect data

The app has no accounts, no server that receives your songs or recordings, and no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools. We (小盜 Studio) cannot access the songs and recordings you store in the app. Apple handles purchase verification; files you choose to share are handed to your selected app or service.

2. Where your data lives

Imported songs, setlists, pitch and speed settings, loops, metronome, tuner and chart settings, and user-initiated recordings of microphone input, app playback and mixed audio are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes its local data; files previously shared or saved elsewhere are unaffected. If you use iCloud or computer backups, this data may be included in your Apple device backup, handled by Apple according to your settings.

Apple Watch: the watch app is a remote control for the iPhone app. Commands such as play, pause, record, tempo and time signature, and the current metronome status, are sent directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's watch connectivity, never through our servers. The watch stores only the haptics setting and the metronome status shown by the complication.

3. Permissions

• Microphone: used by the tuner for live pitch detection and, when you start recording, to capture your voice or instrument alongside app playback. Recordings are stored locally, including the original captured audio for adjusting the mix, and are not automatically uploaded. Using the tuner alone does not save recordings.
• Media & Apple Music: used only when you choose "Pick from Music", so you can import songs you own.
• Photos & videos: the system picker gives the app only the video you choose. The app cannot see your library.

You can turn these off at any time in your device's Settings.

4. Audio processing

Pitch shifting, time stretching, EQ and AI vocal removal all run on your device. Your songs are never sent to a server.

Recording and mixing also run on your device. You can replay saved recordings or choose to share a finished audio file. Once shared, the receiving app or service handles the file under its own privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

Importing from Google Drive uses the iOS Files picker, with files provided by the Google Drive app. HelloMusic does not connect to Google and cannot access your Google account. When you share an exported song or a setlist with another app (such as LINE or AirDrop), that app's privacy policy applies.

In-app purchases: Pro, Pro Lv2 (Write for Me), Setlist Expansion packs and "Buy the Developer a Coffee" are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment and account details are handled by Apple; we never receive your name, payment method or Apple Account information. The app only checks with Apple, on your device, which items you own in order to unlock features.

6. Children's privacy

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Changes

If a future version changes how data is handled, we will update this page first and mention it in the release notes.
